Vacation is over and it's time to get back in a regular routine.

Back again with another Mini Band Monday workout and it's a challenging routine so grab a band that you handle for for the duration of this workout.


Duration: 10 minutes



3 Rounds

Exercise: 30 seconds

Rest: 15 seconds

No additional rest between rounds/exercises


This is a full body workout so ensure you are hydrated and keep water nearby.

Routine:

- Jumping Jacks

- Squat Calf Raise to Jump Squat

- Pushup Jacks

- Crossovers
