Welcome to Mini Band Monday!

Today we have five exercises that we will perform. Be sure to grab a resistance that you will be able to use the entire workout as you will only get 15 seconds between each exercise. You will complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds using good form and a moderate tempo.


Exercises:

Mountain Climbers

Jumping Jack Squats

Modified Lateral Pushups

Single Leg RDLs (4x)

Shoulder Taps


This workout should take you approximately 12 minutes to complete. Be sure to hydrate as this workout will be intense. At the completion of this session, be sure to give yourself 3-5 minutes to cool down before stretching.
